Across our projects, we have delivered a range of initiatives designed to support local residents. These include the addition of allotments and the creation of a woodland walk around the site at Cricketers Walk in Nettleham, the installation of a new bus shelter in Scothern, the gifting of Sudbrooke sports field, financial contributions towards improvements at The Hub in Nettleham, and the delivery of a new footpath link connecting Sudbrooke and Nettleham.
Our developments are carefully designed to create vibrant, balanced communities that enhance village life, with thoughtful placemaking, improved connectivity and accessible green spaces, ensuring each development responds to the needs of the local area.
Supporting the communities we work within also means actively contributing to local events and charitable causes. We are proud to make an annual donation to Buddies Dementia Café and regularly support community initiatives and events, including sponsorship of the Hackthorn Dog Show in 2025, support for Lincoln Diwali in 2024, sponsorship of Nettleham Cricket Club for the 2026 season and participation in the Tulips Golf Day in 2026, which is raising funds for breast cancer charities.
We also host regular Show Home Open Events, providing residents with opportunities to come together while giving visitors the time to explore our homes first-hand, meet the team on site and experience the quality and design that defines our developments.
Guests can tour move-in ready properties, view the show home at their leisure and ask questions about the homes, the local area and the buying process. With personalised viewings available and the chance to see how the spaces work for everyday life, these open weekends help prospective buyers gain a clear sense of what living in one of our homes could be like, while also creating a welcoming environment for the wider community to visit and connect.
